The Analyzer Audit / Enrollment Fee is payable upon the signing of the client agreement.

Billing for the client continues on a monthly basis until the service is complete and the client agreement is fulfilled.

The dashboard within the client portal promptly shows the outcomes of each dispute round, reflecting real-time changes in the client’s credit file. Based on this updated information, the service may be suspended or continued accordingly.

At any point, either the client or Cornelius Financial Solutions can decide to end the agreement and stop the billing process.

Moreover, once 12 months of billing have concluded and the client agreement has been fulfilled, billing will naturally cease.

We offer a 5-day window from the signing of the client agreement for you to end our services without any charges. We understand that circumstances may change, and we will issue a full refund of the Analyzer Audit / Enrollment fee.

In the event that we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we want to assure you that you have the freedom to cancel at any time without facing any penalties. We believe in fair and transparent practices, and we want to ensure that you are never tied to a service that doesn’t meet your expectations.

To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we will also refund your last month’s payment. We want to make sure that you are never paying for something that falls short of your expectations. Refund Policy 3

If all payments are made punctually and we maintain continuous access to the client’s credit monitoring account, and should we not succeed in deleting any items from your credit report within 180 days, you’re entitled to request a complete refund of all fees paid to us. This request must be made in writing by emailing Steven@CorneliusFinancialSolutions.com. The burden of risk falls on us 100%
